Dear

HSP - a development assistance
program to Indonesia, working
in two districts in East Java on specific
issues of maternal, child and newborn health is currently looking for Data Entry   Assistant .


     The scope
     of work:

       Data entry,
       checking, and quality assurance for data related to case studies, the
       IMNCH report and other documentation activities
       Supporting
       ad-hoc analysis and presentation of data in the form of tables and
       charts for
       reports.
       Supporting
       preparation of reports and deliverables, including editing and
       formatting of documents, and including arrangement and presentation of
       data.
       Working with
       HSP consultants to facilitate logistics and scheduling for data
       collection activities in the field.  This may include coordination
       and follow-up with HSP staff between Malang, Pasuruan, and Jakarta, ensuring
       proper arrangements have been made to facilitate consultant
       travel.  This may also involve, at times, accompanying consultants
       on site visits to villages, puskesmas, and district government
       offices.
       Monitoring and
       tracking written products from consultants and ensuring deliverables are
       completed on time and consistent with HSP needs, and supporting
       completion of HSP routine and program documentation.


     Qualifications:

       Undergraduate
       degree (S1) and ability to write and edit documents

       Proficiency in
       written and spoken English
       Experience with
       Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel, including preparation of graphs,
       charts and data tables
       Attention to
       detail

     Term of
     employment:
     3 months
     maximum
     Candidate with
     soonest availability is preferred
